RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) Pre-Registration

St. Anthony of Padua Parish welcomes all interested in becoming a Catholic. Nevertheless, the process involves a one-on-one interview with the parish pastor to determine your suitability for the RCIA Program. Please complete this form and attend the interview as a prerequisite for registration.

We are conducting half- hour interviews for the RCIA program from 10:15AM to 4:15PM from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays from 10:15AM to 3:15PM. Please identify the time that works best for you. If none of these times work for you please call the parish office (905-793-8030) to arrange an appointment.
